Owner and Principal Broker of Four Corners Institutional Realty Advisors, Eddie Karoliussen (Eddie K) is a seasoned real estate professional. With two decades of diverse experience in both commercial and residential markets, as well as commercial and residential property management, with over 1.2 million square feet under management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction.

Eddie K is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He received his Virginia Real Estate Sales License in 2003 as well as his Virginia Brokers License in 2016, and his Commercial Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2007.

Beyond his extensive career in real estate, he is deeply committed to giving back to the community, serving on several non-profit boards including the executive board of United Way of Greater Charlottesville and the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce Defense and Affairs Committee.

Andrew Boninti

Andrew Boninti has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business. Following graduation from the University of Virginia (where he was also a co-captain of the UVA basketball team), he became actively involved in commercial property valuation, real estate sales, leasing and land acquisition. His extensive experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for retail centers comes from years of hands-on involvement with prospective tenants and potential project buyers.

Andrew founded the Rivanna Realty and Investment Company in 1989. Over time, he accumulated a large client base of national tenants, potential investors and purchasers interested in commercial property. Along with several property development projects, Rivanna Realty managed over 1 million square feet of commercial space for long-standing clients.

Andrew is also the President of CSH Development and oversaw the development of the nationally recognized CODE office building in Charlottesville VA which was completed in 2022.  CODE received the highly coveted LEEDS platinum designation and was awarded the 2023 National AIA Design Award for Architecture, one of only 15 buildings nationwide to receive this prestigious award. His responsibilities included shepherding the building through the local government approval process and overseeing all aspects of the 4-year construction process. The building is 9 stories and contains in excess of 170,000 square feet.

Andrew is a past board member of the Realtors Professional Standards Committee, member of the Commercial Exchange Council and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In addition to his thriving real estate career, Andrew is proud to be an active contributor to the community. Over the years, he has dedicated his time and resources to various philanthropic endeavors, believing that giving back is an integral part of a fulfilling life. He has also been happily married for an incredible 50 years. With half a century of marriage and a lifetime of community service under his belt, his commitment to nurturing meaningful connections is at the heart of everything he does in both his personal and professional life.
